INTRODUCING THE HUMAN TRANSFORMATION COACH
My Story
My journey to becoming a life coach and working for myself, both came from two different values and desires in life. Firstly, the desire to design my own life and live a life on my terms with freedom and flexibility, and secondly to discover my purpose and do something that connected to the core of my being and essence, and fired me up daily. I wanted to do something that didn't feel like 'work' because I felt so passionate about it. Now at 36 years old, and a mum to my beautiful four year old boy, living in Cumbria, 10 minutes outside of the Lake District National Park, doing what I love, and loving my life. I feel like I'm now living the life that was meant for me.

I passionately love what I do, and it's incredible to be a witness to the transformations before me that occur, as well as the 'aha' moments that land in coaching sessions. It is absolute true job satisfaction.
I believe we all have a destiny of potential within us, but it is a choice as to whether we live by it or not. Whether we choose to unlock and fulfil that destiny of potential that is within each and every one of us.

With what has been a 10 year journey of self discovery, and 12 years of self development behind me, I'm now hoping that through coaching and the lessons, tools and habits that I have developed, which have helped guide me to create a life that is true to the essence of me, and one that I love in every area, that I can help people just like you to do the same, and to get there just a little bit quicker.
